Is your products made of organic materials?
	Yes, all products listed in combhub.com are true to products' descriptions. Those horn combs are made from real buffalo horn. There are a few ways that can tell if a horn is a horn: 1) Smell, buffalo horn will have a distant smell of born, when set, the smell is stronger. 2) Density compared to plastic, because of horn's density, most horn will sink in water while most plastic will float due to lower density. 3) Horn marks and texture, often you will see horn mark(usually lighter colors spreading in small strokes) or horn defection of some kind of marks from making process such as a small cut. The texture can usually be seen from the side of comb teeth cut. All wooden combs are made of real woods, with no coloring of paint of any kind. Some of the peachwood or other lighter wood may have been finished with wax, other than that, it will be original wood marks and wood colors. Keep in mind that coloring those combs to a colorful finish by painting them will well cost more than the prices listed here. This is the most beautiful aspect of these products, naturally beautiful. There is way to tell if a wood is wood: 1) When the item is broke, wooden texture should tell it all. 2) Black sandalwood, brown sandalwood, red sandalwood and green sandalwood are all very dense wood so that that will likely sink in water as well. For this same high density reason, these wood can be sanded to achieved high gloss finish, naturally. Peachwood and boxwood are less in density so they will not sink in water and can not be polished till high gloss finish. What is the benefit of a wooden comb?
	1. Wooden combs are softer on hair and on scalp compared to a metal comb, horn combs are smoother on hair compared to a plastic comb. 2. Because wood and horn naturally work well with oil, when you use a wooden comb or horn combs to comb your hair or beard, they will help to distribute oil evenly over the hair, for both original hair oil and oil from hair care product. 3. Wood and horn have the quality of insulator in dry condition, they will not generate or worsen hair static situation like plastic and metal combs will. As a matter of fact, wooden comb has the property of reducing or eliminating hair static, while horn comb will not generate static itself, but it will not reduce or eliminate hair static where it exists. 4. Besides looking good, combing hair daily may enhance the circulation in scalp and may help maintain a healthy shining hair. So using an organic comb to comb regularly is a healthy life habit that may maintains and promotes hair growth. 5. What is my shipping cost, shipping time and shipping carriers?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. For US destinations, USPS is a low cost yet fast shipping method, the cost for this category is $3.5 or $4.5 for order under $50, with free shipping for order > $50. It takes 2 - 5 days for these packages to arrive at US destinations. There is 2 - 7 day UPS Ground Service option for $12 for order under $60. Please note, if you prefer a shipping method other than listed carriers, such as Fedex, or listed shipping speed, such as expedited shipping, please contact us or put down a note in Order Note to let us know your preference, we will only charge the package the actual direct shipping cost. For international destinations, we use USPS First Class International Package which will range from $12 - $18 for order under $100, free shipping for order >$100, it usually takes 7 - 14 days for international package to arrive. Please note, only countries with bigger population are loaded in the checkout settings, if you do not see an shipping option for your country in checkout drop-down menu, please contact us so that we can add your country/region to the list.
What is your return policy?
	Combhub.com has " No question asked" return for full refund policy. All unused items can be returned for an exchange or for a full refund (including original shipping costs) if you no longer need/want the items. Please send all returns to the sender's address. If you receive a defective item, contact the store for a replacement. Please note, buyers will pay for return shipping.
How do I return my product?
	To return a product, simple return the package to sender's address, or return it to: CombHub 1766 Morrill Ave. San Jose, CA 95132, USA if you choose to use your own packaging.
Can you tell me more about your products listed in combhub.com?
	All products listed and sold in combhub are handmade for organic natural materials(woods or horns). So, each item will slightly differ from the other items within the same item model. For buffalo horn combs, there is noticeable difference in horn marks and in horn thickness due to the nature of material, in some case there is noticeable comb shape difference as well. For the wooden combs, you will see noticeable wood marks and colors difference for black sandalwood, brown sandalwood, green sandalwood and rosewood. Red sandalwood, peachwood and boxwood have less noticeable wood marks, but you shall still see wood colors difference in these combs of the same models. All hair sticks and hair forks are handmade from cutting, shaping, engraving, and many rounds of sanding till fine finish.
